Hello!

If you are an aspiring athlete, elite athlete, post career athlete, or parent of an athlete that loves playing sports and being active, you are in the right place. I played and coached division 1 lacrosse at the University of Southern California. As a player, I learned how powerful sleep, hydration, nutrition, strength training and a regular yoga practice is for performance, confidence and well being. As a coach, I meet too many athletes, who don’t dial in on these essential training techniques until they are injured, benched, anxious, stressed or depressed.

My own experience is what inspired me to pursue an education and career in human performance, health behavior, and athletic longevity. After earning a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and disease prevention, minor in business and masters in nutrition science from USC, became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and registered yoga teacher (RYT200).

The healthiest people are the most flexible. As your life changes, your ways will change, so you need an adaptable and holistic approach to your health in order to keep up Therefore, I take an all foods fits approach to fuel bodies who want to explore food and fitness in a balanced way.

There is absolutely no one right way to reach any result, the only thing must do is stay consistent. So whatever way helps you reamain consistent, is the way you should do it.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me laying on my XL couch, sipping coffee on my porch, walking on the Manhattan beach strand, floating in the ocean, in a dance studio or flying around the country to visit my family.
