Meet Coach Carley
Hello!
If you are an athlete or parent of an athlete that loves playing sports and being active, you are in the right place. I played and coached division 1 lacrosse at the University of Southern California. As a player, I learned how powerful nutrition, strength training and a regular yoga practice is for performance, confidence and well being. All too often I meet athletes, who don’t dial in on these essential training techniques until they are injured, benched, anxious, stressed or depressed.
This is what inspired me to study human performance and athletic longevity. I received a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and disease prevention, minor in business and masters in nutrition science from USC. I am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and registered yoga teacher (RYT200).
